LCR Properties commissioned us to revitalise the entrance area of Southern House situated in Croydon to attract new tenants. The ground floor reception required a complete refurbishment, as the space had become outdated and uninspiring. We introduced a warm and vibrant colour palette which starts from the exterior spilling into the interior space, to enhance the overall experience.

The floor plan features an array of furniture catering to staff, tenants, and visitors. Soft seating creates a welcoming, hotel-like ambience, while a high bar table offers practicality for brief meetings and hot-desking.

The combination of stylish décor, vivid colours, greenery, and curtains creates a warm and inviting environment. Completely transforming the arrival experience at Southern House!
