In Lincoln's Sincil Street, we recently designed multiple CAT A+ fit outs in this cosy and trendy shopping street!
For the 5 historic, and beautiful, retail units we focused on the idea of preservation, excitement, and functionality. It was a great opportunity to recover a slice of English history whilst making the building functional for future tenants and the Lincoln community.
We tackled this unique challenge by focusing intently on the heritage of the buildings, therefore you will see the use of original flooring, fireplace stoves, and exposed brickwork throughout the buildings which showcases each property’s history internally and externally.
Working closely with the Lincolnshire Co-operative we shared the excitement and dove into the history of Sincil Street whilst being able to add another great project to our growing portfolio together.
Each unit has a different personality, which reflects the various functions the buildings have had overtime and will continue to have in the future. We loved working on this project, and we hope the whole of Lincoln will enjoy this preservation of history.
We love the restoration of the shops in Sincil Street, and it’s a great addition to the development of the Lincoln City Centre
